Claymore Challenge This Weekend!

Highland Mountain Bike Park is holding their annual Claymore Challenge this coming weekend. If you want to see riders throw down some sweet tricks and be part of some rad party biking then this is the weekend for you. Even if you’re not a big mountain rider, this is a pretty cool event to behold. If I were you I’d plan on camping the whole weekend. I know I am…

Summer Already? (Meeting 4/11)

It may seem unbelievable, but tomorrow is our last cycling meeting for the school year, and I need you all to be there.  We still have two more road races left, so if your interested in either of those, make sure you show up tomorrow for all the info.  It should be really nice out tomorrow night (a high of 76 during the day) so I was thinking we could go ride around after the meeting instead of just talking about it.  So, this meeting is not only important, but it should be a good time.  I’ll see you all there at 8:00PM in 335 Shilman.

Meeting Tonight 4/4/11

Hey guys,

We’re having our meeting tonight at 8:00PM in Shilman.  Crummy weather is no excuse for not coming.  We have signups for the US Open this week, as well as info in the upcoming Yale and Dartmouth races.  Be there tonight!

Meeting Tonight

Hey everybody, we’ll be having our weekly meeting tonight in 335 Shilman at 8:00 PM.  Everyone who plans on racing beanpot this weekend needs to attend.  Also, the weather this week is going to be stellar, so hopefully we can set up some mountain rides this week.  We’ve got a couple of things to discuss for the whole team as well, so make sure you make it out tonight.

BIG Meeting Tomorrow 3/21

To celebrate the first day of spring, and the plethora of riding this season brings, we’ll be having a cycling meeting tomorrow evening in 325 Shilman Hall at 8:00PM. We’re in the thick of road season now, so we have some things to talk about for the roadies. And the snow is pretty much gone, so we’ve got mountain biking to discuss too (US Open, our fall race). So no matter what type of two wheeled beast you ride, make sure you come to our meeting tomorrow night. I’ll see you all tomorrow.

Meeting 2/13

We will have our last meeting before Spring Break tomorrow at 8PM in 335 Shillman.  Road riders – be there for Rutgers signups and pre-season details. Also, we are proposing our fall MTB race this saturday at the ECCC meeting.  If you want your say in where we should host, or any other aspect of it, come to the meeting tonight.

OFFICER ELECTIONS!!

Officer elections are happening this Monday January 31st, 2011.  We’ll be meeting in 335 Shilman Hall at 8:00PM to vote on the new e-board.  We’ve got a few high caliber candidates up for each position, and it’s very important that everyone be there so we can have a fair vote representing the whole team.  If you can’t make it for some reason (it better be a damn good reason) make sure you let me know via email.  I’ll see you all there on Monday!

Meeting Monday 1/24

Hello Friends,

Tomorrow night we’ll be having our first meeting of spring semester in 325 Shilman at 8:00PM. This is a big one, as we’ll be nominating candidates for your 2011 officers.  Everybody needs to show up and vote so we can have a strong executive board for the upcoming seasons.  Take some time to think about who might be the best fit for each position. If you’re interested in running yourself, but don’t know what it involves, send me an email and I can fill you in on each job. I’d better see you all there tomorrow.

Officer Nominations

Hello NU Cycling faithful.  A very important time of the year is approaching in the club cycling world.  For those of you who don’t know, we’ll be having officer elections starting next Monday, the 24th, in 325 Shilman Hall.  All of the positions are open of course, and we’re ready to freshen things up with a new executive board.  Make sure to come and nominate your fellow team members to assure that we have strong leadership for next year.
